Avv. Enrico Pennacino

Graduated with honors at the University of Genoa, he has been working as a trainee and since 2006 as a partner of Toriello law firm. From 2003 to 2006 he has been a consultant of the Regional Committee of Telecommunications (Corecom), in 2007 he set up a legal desk in China to support Italian companies in joint ventures and foreign companies establishing. His professional activity focuses on shipping law and international commerce and also on vocational training towards enterprises, trade unions, public bodies and universities. Since 2011 he has been providing legal assistance for the acquiring of the AEO certificate and he has been recently appointed as internationalization expert by Unioncamere Lombardia. He is author of several annotations to articles of the Italian Civil Code and TUF and is coauthor of the Course of Logistics and Transports published by Hoepli. Avv. Luigi Trigari

Graduated at the University of Genoa, he accomplished the training period at Giuseppe Piccini Law Firm. Then he cooperated with Enrico Ivaldi law firm up to September 2015. He focuses on judicial and out-of-court litigation in the main fields of transport and shipping law but also focusing on civil law, including property, contract and company law, real estate disputes and bankruptcy. He is expert in company law and provides his assistance for merger and acquisition contracts. Luigi is also specialized in customs law. Recently he has been working on vocational education and training materials writing on the subject of Commercial Law, with particular reference to International Contract Law, Customs Law and Transportation Law. Dott.ssa Jade Sun

Graduated in Literature at the East China Normal University and in law at the University of Genoa with final paper on International Law: The settlement of disputes between the EU and China within the world trade organization. She attended courses at the Hague Academy of International Law and courses of EULos – Jean Monnet Module ( European Union and the Law of the Sea). After a work experience at a Sino-American joint venture in Shanghai, she worked as a trainee at the European Parliament and the European Institute for Asian Studies in Brussels.  She worked at Cherchi & Partners law firm in Brussels focusing on corporate and immigration law. Since September 2015, she joined Pennacino law firm and has been working in the areas of Civil Law, Transportation and International Trade.
